J.C. Andersen

J.C. Andersen has been hailed as one of Country Music’s Brightest Rising Stars. A native of Lakeland, Florida, J.C. moved to Nashville in 2004. J.C. credits his father with instilling the love of music and performance in him. J.C. states, “as early as I can remember, when someone would come to our house, my dad would get me to sing”. In 2005 J.C. met fellow Brother Sladian Marc Christian. They wrote their 1st song together, along with a mutual friend, Mark Trail. “When the Tide Rolls In” became the title cut of J.C.s first debut album produced by Ted Hewitt. That same song eventually landed J.C. on the television show “The Next GAC Star”. J.C. & Marc became fast friends (maybe because they share the same birthday), and they have been writing together ever since. It was only natural that J.C. became a part of the Brother Slade experience.
